Depot
The depot features advanced tooling and equipment, cellular production design for flexibility, automated clean line, advanced inspection capabilities, and extensive crane and balancing capacity.
Field Service
TCT provides Field Support Services on a worldwide basis, and Field Service offices are strategically positioned to provide the best service to our customers. Satellite Field Service offices are located in Cumbernauld, Scotland; Syracuse, New York; Bakersfield, California; and Houston, Texas.
Test Cell
TCT operates two engine test cells located near the Calgary International Airport. One facility is capable of testing the Industrial SGT – A20 (Avon), Industrial SGT – A35 (RB211) and Industrial SGT – A35 (RB211) DLE and GE LM2500 gas turbines, and is Category 1 certified by Siemens Energy.
Package Power Parts
TCT Package Power Parts business is headquartered in Houston with sales reps at each of the worldwide field service branches. The business provides sales, service and technical guidance for operators of GE LM2500 and LM6000 engines and packages. TCT Package Power Parts offers a complete line of new and refurbished parts, and works with the customer to provide the best solution.
Engines
TCT is the only company in the world approved to maintain, repair and overhaul aero-derivative industrial gas turbine engines manufactured by both Siemens Energy and General Electric and we are committed to providing exceptional service to the Energy, Pipeline and Power Generation Industries.
Siemens Energy Industrial SGT – A20 (Avon)
The Siemens Energy Industrial SGT – A20 (Avon) gas turbine has been widely used in both compression and power generation applications around the world for a number of decades. It continues to be a critical part of many operations.
Siemens Energy Industrial SGT – A35 (RB211)
The Siemens Energy Industrial SGT – A35 (RB211) gas turbine operates in both compression and power generation applications around the world, both in onshore and offshore locations.
General Electric LM2500
The General Electric LM2500 aeroderivative industrial gas turbine is operated worldwide in compression, power generation and marine applications. TCT is licensed by General Electric to perform overhaul, repair and service to the GE LM2500, LM2500+, LM2500DLE, and LM2500+DLE.
General Electric LM6000
The General Electric LM6000 aeroderivative industrial gas turbine can produce over 47 MW of electricity, and is used in both base-load and peaking power generation applications. The LM6000 is widely used in cogeneration applications, and can be fitted in a dry-low emissions configuration to allow for lower emissions and greater efficiency.
About TCT
TCT operates an overhaul depot in Airdrie, Alberta (15 minutes north of Calgary, Alberta); a testing facility in Calgary, Alberta; and four field service offices located around the world. The licensed overhaul depot is complete with in house inspection, non-destructive testing (NDT), automated clean line, kitting and central logistics, rotor balancing and complete build capabilities. The overhaul depot is specially designed to allow for enhanced induction capacity. TCT has both onsite capacity and off site agreements for engine testing and calibration.
All global field service locations are complete with shop space, Level II tooling, spare parts inventory and fully qualified personnel. TCT's key strength is our people, who offer quality and flexibility that only an independent organization can provide.
